So what is F.F.F.F.?

Fun, Fabulous, Flowing in the Feminine (F.F.F.F) is an 8 week program.

Session are held weekly online via Zoom so you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
Intimate group limited up to 12 lovely ladies.
Each week includes a sharing, learning, question and answer and live coaching component.
You’ll be part of the secret fb group where you can ask questions, share experiences and interact with other women.
Ongoing support so even once the course finishes you’ll still be a part of this fabulous group to continue to grow and learn.
